Freeway Fury 2 is a revolutionary and addicting game. It is a car-racing game, but it mainly focus on actions. There is a brief comic storyline at first, then you just “jump”! You may ask how can there are jumps in a car-racing game, it is non-sense! That’s why this game is so revolutionary. You not just can jump on the top of the cars, but also slow the time. Every time you want to jump from car to car, the time will automatically be slower for you to decide how to jump. You can gain nitro when you jump to another car, also there is a bonus nitro and score in combo of jumping. How can any other games ever compare with this one?

Nevertheless, this game also allows you to drive in the opposite line, where the cars are coming towards you. I know it may sound crazy, but it is definitely true. You can gain score and nitro every second if you are driving there. It may sound rewarding, but it is so easy to crash and you will need to restart again. There are a total of 5 checkpoints in the race, every time you pass one you will get a time bonus and you can restart there if you crash. There are also many joints for you to explore and lead to different roads. As it is so challenging, I could put it down once I picked it up.

However, there are also a few short-comings about the game. First of all, although there are different roads, the track itself doesn’t make a big difference only the background has changed. It is really frustrating to have it racing over and over. Also, I suggest to add a upgrade system to the game. It really feels great to allow players to customize the abilities of their own heroes and start racing like a dog. It is more rewarding than plain jumping and racing.

After all, I would score this game 8 out of 10, due to it revolutionary style of gameplay, addicting and challenging races and a few drawbacks. So if you are a hardcore racing fans, I would absolutely recommend you to have a try with this revolutionary ideas game. At the end, I hope you enjoy reading this article.
