Frontline Defense is an entertaining real-time strategy defend game. The game is simple, prevent the enemies from escaping the end of the road. Like the other games out there, you need to build turrets to defend the exit. However, this game doesn’t have any trap for you to use, so strategies and careful planning of turrets are needed. I find it is pretty challenging because there are so many type of enemies, you are forced to use some particular turrets to defeat them and they are often quite expensive compare to other turrets. Also, the game is very colorful and fast-paced, which is enjoyable to watch the enemies are trying to break through. If you are a game lover and want to have some challenging games to play with, I definitely recommend you to have a try and I am sure you will love it.

This game main selling point is the variety of the turrets that you can use. There are a dozen turrets for you to choose, but some of them are really expensive and some in particular is needed to deal with enemies, in order to really damage them. Therefore, it is really hard to balance the money that you earned and the amount you could spend with the turrets. However, I think it is also very frustrating to get used to different type of turrets as there is not a proper tutorial about the characteristic of turrets.

After all, I would score this game 8.5 out of 10. It is because although there are a few minor shortcoming of the game, such as it becomes lag when many turrets attack together, it also have beautiful maps, challenging levels and wide variety of turrets. However, this game has still room to improve, like adding a small tutorial at the beginning of the game to tell us what others turrets do as when as different type of enemies approaching. If you are a game lover, I fully recommend you to have a try. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy my little share about the game, Frontline Defense.
